OUR SERVICES

BRAIN EXERCISE TECHNIQUES

We will look at some of the brain exercise techniques that work and look at some that simply don't work. Most people do not know which methods to use. In this course, I will present you a variety of techniques you can use in order to train your memory.

DIFFERENT KINDS OF LEARNERS

Learning and memorizing are very close connected with each other. That's why we will identify which kind of learner your kid need to learn more quickly and efficiently.

SHORT - TERM & LONG TERM MEMORY

Short-term memory and long-term memory are handled by different parts of the brain. ... In contrast, information stored in long-term memory is first held in the hippocampus and then transferred to the areas of the cerebral cortex involved in language and perception for permanent storage, according to Livescience.

THE BRAIN DIET

Junk food is as addictive as heroin, it was reported recently.

It seems fatty and sugary snacks trigger the same pleasure centers in the brain as drugs - which could explain why many people just can't stop themselves bingeing on the stuff. It could also lie behind the obesity epidemic.
